Woodridge View 4th and Falcon Ridge North Change of Conditions are located in Spokane County, WA. Woodridge View 4th was originally approved for 44 lots- this change of conditions proposes a 72-lot increase to 116 lots. Falcon Ridge North was originally approved for 78 lots- this change of conditions proposes a 93-lot increase to 171 lots. A virtual public community meeting was held to discuss the projects at 5PM on Tuesday, July 5th.
A public hearing was held for both projects on Wednesday, September 28th.
