The proposed Volkman Preliminary Plat/PUD is located in the City of Spokane, WA and proposes to develop 136.52 acres +/- into 406 Lots containing 796 residential units. A public community and traffic study scoping meeting was held to discuss the project at Prince of Peace Lutheran church at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025.
