The proposed Holly Road Subdivision is located in Spokane County, WA and proposes to develop 15.74 acres +/- into 130 lots for townhomes and single-family homes. A public community meeting was held to discuss the project at Snowdon Elementary School at 6PM on Tuesday, October 4th.
