Beard Addition to West Bluff is located in the City of Spokane, WA and proposes to develop multiple parcels totaling 33 acres +/- into a PUD and long plat. Due to the inclusion of a PUD, a third virtual public community meeting was held to discuss the project at 5PM on Tuesday, March 14th.
