Grandview Preliminary Plat/PUD Third Community Meeting
The Grandview Preliminary Plat/PUD project proposes to subdivide approximately 22 acres into up to 107 lots for residential development, including single-family and townhomes in the City of Spokane, WA. A Third Community Meeting was held on April 14, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. at the Holiday Inn Express on 1616 S. Windsor Drive, Spokane, WA 99224, which proposed to add a Planned Unit Development overlay to the existing subdivision application.
