57th & Dowdy subdivision is located in Spokane County, WA and proposes to develop 10.92 +/- acres into 58 lots. A public community and traffic study scoping meeting was held to discuss the project at 6PM on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023 at Snowdon Elementary.
