Project Engineer

Ray Kimball’s 20+ years of engineering experience largely lies in land development design and construction management. He has been extensively involved as the lead engineer in many small and large scale construction projects both domestically and abroad, and has AutoCAD skills and a hydraulic modeling background to compliment his site/construction design skills. Mr. Kimball is principally responsible for the review and quality control checks for WCE’s residential, industrial, and commercial development design packages. He has a history of working closely with contractors to provide clarification and interpretation of specifications and construction plans, and he is especially talented at solving construction related problems as they arise in the field.

University of Idaho: B.S.C.E. Civil Engineering, 1995-2000
