Craig Penfield is a Structural Project Manager at Whipple Consulting Engineers. Mr. Penfield has over 20 years of experience in design foundations, framing and lateral resisting systems of structures in the Commercial, Residential, Medical, Educational and Industrial fields. He works with CMU, Reinforced Concrete, Light Gage Steel, Heavy Steel and Wood. Some of Mr. Penfield’s projects include structural support in the demolition of nuclear reactor and boiler plant buildings, structural design of new buildings for large box retailers, mixed-use residential and commercial, concrete tilt-up warehouse facilities, multi-story wood framed hotels and senior living facilities, and multi-million dollar custom built residences. Mr. Penfield has been involved with the structural engineering design of more than 200 projects across the country.
